

To create and promote a state of readiness and prompt response to protect the health of Rhode Islanders during catastrophic events, large-scale disasters, and other types of emergencies.
Working with healthcare providers, public safety agencies, government officials, and the general public, we conduct assessment, planning, and response for a wide range of emergencies. We also coordinate education and support services for our partners.
