License Renewal

The Department of Health requires licensees to renew their licenses to ensure that they meet current requirements, including those for continuing education. Process

Many professionals, facilities, and organizations can renew their licenses online. Others have special renewal requirements and must renew their licenses using a paper application.

Online Renewal

You can renew your license online if you received a notification in the mail during your renewal cycle with a Registration Code.

Licenses are normally issued within five business days to allow time to review online submissions. If there are issues with your submission, you will be contacted and the renewal will take longer.
